The Dataset Performance screen displays the same information previously called "Network Performance" but with more interactive features to help you manage datasets with high throughput. A summary of this information appears on the Delphix Management dashboard; clicking the graph on the dashboard takes you to this page. The new Dataset Performance screen provides an easy way to see how much bandwidth is being utilized, as well as to diagnose network issues. The graph displays the five datasets with the most throughput.

The Dataset Performance page

Each colored line on the graph represents throughput for an individual dataset and or VDB. Clicking a dataset name on the legend will filter it out of the graph. Click on the table row corresponding to the dataset to navigate to its Timeflow screen.

For context, the dotted line at the top represents your maximum network throughput. The default maximum is 1 Mb/s. If you want to change the setting of the maximum network throughput:

  1. In the upper right-hand corner of the Data Performance page, locate the field Display network maximum (Mb/s).
  2. Do one of the following:
    1. Enter a new value, or
    2. Use the arrow buttons to increase or decrease the set maximum.
