Use the list below as a guideline to debug Target and Staging Hosts:

  1. Check whether AD account has windows admin privilege. Refer to Database User Requirements for SQL Server.
  2. Check whether AD account has SQL sysadmin privilege. Refer to Database User Requirements for SQL Server.
  3.  Check whether the following services are running:
    • Microsoft iSCSI initiator service
    • Delphix Connector service
    • SQL server browser service
  4. Check to see if Windows Firewall service is Off.
  5. Check to see if any service or application is using port 9100.
